This photo by Peter Yang showing President Elect Barack Obama next to his Apple MacBook Pro with a PacMan on the lid is quickly becoming iconic… It is one of my personal favorite actually.
Peter Yang is one of the many masters of photography bringing inspiration into our lives.
Paulo compiled a list of 14 photography masters worth looking at and Peter is one of them of course, so enjoy!

Remember the Yosemite Extreme Panoramic Imaging Project? Well, Gerard Maynard shot over 2,000 images taken in Yosemite with a D2X and a 300mm f/4 with a TC1.7 for them.
Here is his part of the job, 2,046 photos from Glacier Point stitched together.Gerard used NX2
The result? A panoramic picture over 17 gigapixels!! Zoomify allows you to zoom in closely enough to count the number of people on top of Half Dome ah!
Make sure to check the other four location point he shot from… it’s incredible how detailed these panoramics are!!

The video plugin is fixed! You can watch all the videos again, it should crash the server anymore
In this episode, Yuri Arcurs is giving away some great tips on how to get that natural, genuine smile and full laughing smile - and the importance of freezing between the shots to get crisp, sharp images.
Also in this episode is the use of a second shooter for expensive shoots, super group shoots or expensive models.
Great pointers!

Remember Yann Arthus-Bertrand? The famous French photographer who loves taking amazing photos from the sky?
Well, if you live in NYC or nearby, you are lucky!
“Arthus-Bertrand has been photographing unique views of our planet, seen from the sky, since 1994 - and has produced an exhibit of over 150 4-ft. by 6-ft. prints which will be on display in New York City at the World Financial Center Plaza and along the Battery Park City Esplanade from May 1, 2009 to June 28, 2009.”
His Earth from Above exhibit will also come to California, but in 2010…
In the meantime, here are 38 amazing photos from his latest helicopter rides!
