You can tag each thing you input and create notebooks to help organize all the files and everything you put into Evernote is always synchronized across all of your devices. That way, all your memories and notes are available to you wherever you are.
There also is a convinient Web Clipper extension for Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and others like IE.

Great write-up on Evernote. I have been using them for about 3 months and love the way I can grab any idea at the point of conception and get it into my “trusted system”.
