Vanishing Point Tool - Photoshop CS2 Video Tutorial

I’ve been using Photoshop for many years now and I know I am barely scratching the surface of this powerful program, but I really thought I knew most of the major features… Obviously, I was mistaken ah!

I’ve always thought it was meant to modify volumes, perspectives, etc. I was wrong!
Here is a video tutorial on how to use the “vanishing point”… And it’s quite powerful because it allows you to clone/erase object while retaining the visual!
The tutorial is a 3.22 mins video (QuickTime required) and it will teach you :
- How to draw a grid that matches the perspective of your photograph
- How to set new source points and then clone and paint inside the grid
Thanks a bunch guys!
Edit: For those who don’t have QT, here is a YouTube clip
